Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping typically costs USD 50–80 per order. Our team confirms the final charge for your order and destination.

We arrange DDP door-to-door delivery, with duties and taxes included in the agreed shipping quote.

Complete sets and shipments

Catalog vial orders start at one complete 10-vial set per product. Sets are supplied intact; we do not sell individual vials or split an order into separate shipments.

Customs seizure support

If customs seizes a shipment, we offer reshipment or a refund. There is no limit on customs-related reshipments. Contact our team to arrange the resolution.

Customs clearance decisions and transit times remain outside our control. Our reshipment and refund commitment applies if a shipment is seized.

Damage and quality support

If packaging or products arrive damaged, or there is a product quality issue, we offer a replacement or a refund. Contact our team with your order details and a description of the issue.
