Our supply services cover research procurement, bulk orders, distribution, private-label projects and ongoing purchasing. Product specifications, batch documents and commercial terms are reviewed for each inquiry.

A company or organization name is optional when requesting a quote.

Research use

For research and laboratory use only. Not for human or veterinary use. We provide product, documentation and ordering information, without treatment or dosing guidance.

Buyers are responsible for following the rules that apply to their destination and intended research activity.

Quotes and order confirmation

An inquiry starts a conversation with our team. It is not an online order confirmation.

Pricing and stock are subject to change. Sales confirms the current price, availability and batch-document status for the product, specification and quantity requested.

Catalog vial orders start at one complete 10-vial set per product. Sets are supplied intact; we do not sell individual vials or split an order into separate shipments.

Payment options

Payment options include PayPal, bank transfer, credit card and cryptocurrency. Available methods and payment instructions are confirmed with your quote.

Delivery and shipping charges

Typical delivery is approximately 15 business days. Your quote confirms the expected dispatch and delivery schedule. Timing can vary with the destination, carrier operations and customs processing.

Shipping typically costs USD 50–80 per order. Our team confirms the final charge for your order and destination.

We arrange DDP door-to-door delivery, with duties and taxes included in the agreed shipping quote.

Reshipments, replacements and refunds

If customs seizes a shipment, we offer reshipment or a refund. There is no limit on customs-related reshipments. Contact our team to arrange the resolution.

If packaging or products arrive damaged, or there is a product quality issue, we offer a replacement or a refund. Contact our team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Private-label projects

Private-label projects generally start at 100 boxes or sets per product. Final minimums and packaging requirements are agreed with our team for each project.
